John Adison | 10th March 2009

A complete program to build immune system up, improve immune system function and reduce the number of infections that you get, must begin with basic good health habits. Growing up, we were told to wash our hands before we eat, but maybe not before we touched our faces. No matter what immune system vitamin supplements you choose to use, you will be more likely to pick up viruses or bugs if you do not wash your hands before you touch your face, mouth, nose or eyes.

Boosting the immune system will fend off disease dramatically. While the body is healthy is the time to take steps for better health, changing lifestyle dietary habits, paying close attention to process foods and supporting the immune system with the proper nutrients.

You want an all-natural, super concentrated, whole-food vitamin supplement. This type of vitamin is easily recognized, assimilated, and used (what a concept!) by the body, providing immediate nutrition, energy, immune system support, and overall health. Moreover, it provides you with some much needed alkalinity, combating the acid in your blood, and rendering the soil in your "disease garden" sterile. No matter how many germs enter your body, they won't feel welcome... and they'll leave or die! It's MAGIC!

Crabmeat, lobster and oysters are all rich in calcium, magnesium and vitamin C. Salmon is an important food for a healthy immune system and is often referred to as a “super food” by dieticians and nutritionists, because it contains numerous vitamins and minerals, plus a healthy amount of omega-3 fatty acids, believed to be beneficial in preventing heart disease, cancer and arthritis. Broccoli, tomatoes, peaches and apples are good sources of Vitamin C and are all foods that build your immune system.

Another helpful vitamin for the immune system is Vitamin E. Vitamin E helps to stimulate the production of B cells, an important type of cell in your immune system. B cells have the task of producing antibodies, without which you wouldn't be able to fight off any illnesses. Vitamin E is also another antioxidant and can help maintain your overall health and functioning.

Vitamin B12 Supplements: It helps to enhances muscle strength, provides energy and helps your nerves function properly. Insufficient amounts of vitamin B12 can lead to health complications such as fatigue, weak muscles and severe depression.
